The arrows are fantastic! Communication was awkward. The seller checked with me about my bow specifications after I placed my order, which was very thoughtful! I put faith in web site's estimated tracking, which was possibly misguided of me. After the 2 week estimate from web site had passed, and no updates, I contacted the seller. I was told they would check tracking info, that info was never provided. I thought if info was being checked the item had probably been shipped, but no tracking was released. I am generally patient, this being my first experience, I didn't know what to expect. I let a week go by, I sent and inquiry about the order, no reply. A few days go by and I happily received an "in transit" email from web site! Once the arrows were shipped, they arrived in 3 days from Turkey to the US. I will be a returning customer!

After a ton of delays and an unfortunate issue with FedEx, i finally got my order. The lacquered shafts and two-tone fletching looks great, and they shoot nicely too. It's just a bit of a shame that they came in a simple tube and that some of the fletching were damaged during transport. So far, they're worth their price tag, can't complain.

Shipping was very fast. Arrows are beautiful and pretty straight. I did have an issue with some of the fetchings partially detached/ruffled when they arrived but the seller was very helpful providing me with assistance to fix them and offered a gift on my next order. I do not blame the seller for the damage as one end of the shipping tube was clearly opened when it arrived making me suspicious customs or usps opened it on purpose for inspection or the package was mishandled. Either way, the fix was easy and customer service was stellar so still 5 stars.

Lovely arrows that shoot great, a bit pricey though. Delivery took a month but still recommended & I'll purchase other archery items from the seller in future :)
