We dont use synthetic fur for most of products, because its not healthy.

1) We accept payment via PayPal/Credit Card.
2) An unpaid item case will be opened if the item is not paid after 4 days.
Shipping

We have free express shipping for the USA and European countries. Its take 2-3 business day of delivery.
Other countries have standard free shipping, its take about 15-20 day of delivery. Also, we have cheap express shipping for another country, please talk to us.
Cancelation
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
We start production the next day after payment is completed. The cancellation order cannot be canceled after starting production because the product is handmade and the material and labor costs are paid in advance.
Returns
1) Please contact us first before you begin a return.
2) The item comes with 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. (Exception article 7)
3) If the item is flawed or not as described, we'll take the responsibility.
4) If you purchased the wrong item, don't like it or don't need it anymore, the return shipping fee will be at your cost.
5) Our warranty doesn't reach any products that aren't under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
6) We accept the return within 30 days after you receive the item. But you need to pay for the shipment. After we received your return, we'll refund you immediately.
7) Our warranty does not extend to 50lbs + wood products(For example 60lbs bow) or handcrafted custom made leather armors.
