We have free express shipping for the USA and European countries. Its take 2-3 business day of delivery.
Other countries have standard free shipping, its take about 15-20 day of delivery.
Also, we have cheap express shipping for another country, please talk to us.
When is it finished I will send you mail and put tracking code in your order via website.

Customs and import taxes
If you are wholesale buyer from EU we have a tax aggrement. That aggrement name is ATR.
An ATR is a certificate used for the movement of goods between the European Union and Turkey. There are two important agreements between the EU and Turkey. One is the EU-Turkey Customs Union, which covers mainly industrial products. Steel, coal, and most agricultural products are covered by another: the free trade agreement between the EU and Turkey. (We talk about duty aggrement, No VAT exemption)
What Is an ATR?
An ATR certifies that the goods have been brought into free circulation in either the EU or Turkey, and have therefore already gone through all import procedures. An ATR is not a certificate of origin.
Why Use an ATR?
When you use an ATR when you import something from Turkey, you don’t have to pay any duties. If you don’t use the ATR the normal non-EU customs duties apply. The same goes for exporting to Turkey.
The ATR covers industrial goods only. For agricultural products and commodities like steel and coal, you need a EUR.1 document or EUR-MED certificate.
Where Can I Get an ATR?
Companies with the right permit can self-certify ATR documents. Customs Support has such a permit, so we can assist you with both the creation and validation of your ATR documents.
The Customs Authority in the EU will validate the ATR certificate and the export declaration.
A certified ATR certificate is valid for four months from the time it is issued by the Customs Authority.
Cancelation
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
We start production the next day after payment is completed. The cancellation order cannot be canceled after starting production because the product is handmade and the material and labor costs are paid in advance.
Returns/Refunds
Before You Return:

Return Policy:
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. This excludes certain items outlined in section "Items Not Eligible for Return".
- Responsibility for Errors: We take full responsibility for any flawed or incorrectly described items. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item.
- Non-returnable Items: If you purchased the wrong item, no longer need it, or simply don't like it, the return shipping cost and a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty:
- Our warranty does not apply to:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Products excluded in section "Items Not Eligible for Return" (e.g., wood products exceeding 50lbs, custom-made leather armors).
Return Process:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund immediately.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders (e.g., thumb rings, custom arrows/bows, costumes)
- Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, arrows)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
- Any loss in value due to damage or missing items during the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer.
